What is your idea of a perfect Closet? I have come across some closets on Pinterest lately that have left me with some serious closet envy, I’m sharing 15 of the most beautiful walk in closet ideas that I’ve seen so far.
I shared this beauty (designed by SFA designs) with my Instagram followers a while back and it’s still one of my most popular posts! I just recently came across an image of the other side of the closet and fell in love with it all over again!
I’m definitely taking notes on things I love about this closet and what I can do to incorporate them into my next closet! Starting with the tall bottom shelve for boots, we left a tall opening for my boots but I love how the shelving is built up off the floor a bit, it gives it a cleaner look. I also love how they’ve added a mirror to the vanity area. This isn’t the largest closet of those that I’m sharing today, but the space is planned perfectly and it has great lighting, both are elements of a great closet.
This dressing room designed by Christopher Peacock London is fit for a Queen!
I’m not sure the doors on the wardrobes are for me, I think I’d lose everything, but at least I wouldn’t have to worry about staying organized!
When I first saw this next closet, I thought it was a store! I mean who has a closet like this? This is only a small portion of it ?.
Do you know who’s closet this is?? It belongs to none other than Mariah Carey, enough said!
This next closet in my opinion is a perfect size, I love some of the elements they’ve use in the design. Windows are a must in my closet if it’s at all possible. Seating is another must, whether it’s a small chair, a bench or a tufted ottoman, it’s so nice to have a spot to sit down to put your shoes on (or in my case hide from my kids and enjoy the peace and quiet ?) This is what I call the perfect dressing room, the vanity, accessory island with storage, and tons of shelving for shoes you there is little more you could ask for! The chandelier, accent lighting and mirrored door fronts add ambiance to the space.

The details in this closet are what make the space, the trim work, built in window seat, and don’t forget the lighted wardrobe with glass front doors! By EJ Interiors via Decor Pad
Another stunning accessory island, the trim details on the side are en pointe! I’m always a sucker for sconces too ?

All rooms have four walls right? What about the fifth wall? The ceiling shouldn’t be forgotten, it’s a great way to add detail to a small space!
This closet is a great example of using the ceiling to add some personality to the space. A well designed and organized closet makes a little space go a long way.
The use of space in this closet is well thought out, I like how they’ve added a mirror to the end of the shelving. It’s a beautiful closet, the only thing I would change is the lighting, it’s never a bad idea to add some pretty chandeliers ☺️.
Hello beautiful blue cabinets! I love the idea of painting your built in shelving in your closet, however, I would definitely have to add doors to my hanging wardrobe because it would drive me crazy if my clothing clashed with my cabinetry.
Don’t have a walk in closet? Try adding custom mirrored doors, they’ll make the space feel larger while adding an element of beauty.
I pinned this image years ago and it is still one of my favorite designs!

Last but not least is this little gem via Home bunch. If you have a window in your closet, don’t forget to treat it!
Many of us can only dream of having a closet like this some day! In a few weeks, I’ll be sharing what I did while we were building our home to give our closet a custom feel.
